lately ive been having a problem with my left front rotor touching the lower control arm/rca nut and scraping against it.
when it happens it does not matter if the car is going straight or turning, accelerating or braking, or a full car load.
i have coilovers and adjustable upper control arms but everything is set the same on both sides which leave me thinking that a suspension component may be damaged on the left hand side.
heres a pic of the stock knuckle/rotor. u can see where the nut has pressed against the rotor and has worn a hole through the shield

Now the thing is i recently changed my front knucles to ek4 ones, with dc2r brakes and hardrace extended rca's and it is still scraping and quite badly. i installed the brakes and drove about about 40m resulting in a big groove on the inside of my lhs rotor. so that rules out the knuckle being damaged so now im thinking the lca bushes might be worn, but they look fine to the eye.
this is the new knuckle and brakes installed and u can see where the nut and the corner of the lca has touched the rotor

has any1 had similar problems?
