Assuming the thread from the bolt is still in the crank and simply a matter removing it and buying a new bolt. Go buy some "Ezy-outs" reverse threaded tapered drill bits. Simply drill a hole deep and large enough into the threaded section of the broken bolt to accommodate the "Ezy-Out", then simply turn it anti-clockwise out.

Autobarn also sell this tool which consists of you drill a large enough hole, hammering a torx shaped iron piece inside and turn the thread out, used for head bolts and such. I did an engine conversion when this sort of thing happen to me :)
