They last long, much longer than Narva. I had mine for 18 months before they blew. I'm still using the parkers, which are great too.

i recommend HID :D

I have had the Philips Crystal Vision bulbs in my car for 2 years. However, is a genuine Philips kit for $499 a good price??? See at http://www.delonixradar.com.au/hid-xenon/philips-single-hid-kit/

i'd rather go with well known brand, PIAA, OSRAM, PHILLIPS.

Check this for H4 bulbs while the aud is insanely strong:

osram silverstars = narva +50's. Don't need to spend $100 on globes......
Narva +80's are like $40. Mine are still going strong!

I used the GT 150's on my cd5 and they were very good for long distance illumination

if i change the low beams to these....do i need to change the parking lights as well? i'm just asking because reading the manual, it seems like its a bit more complicated to change the parkers and i dont really trust myself in those situations

yea the arrow star looks to be good, but i guess for the price we can get x2 crystal visions? and with the amount of vibrations we get on australian roads, the piaa and the philips will last similar timeframes anyway. i purchased my crystals from a seller in singapore for $40AUD, same barcode as the ones i purchased in autobarn, and man, to think they sell them for $90 during sale prices, shesh, and they blame consumers to for not going supporting retailers - pfft.
