Some times for my ek4 before i hit wsid

hey guys i have and ek4 with a couple of mods on it and i want a few ideas what you guys think i will run, mods are:

Engine:
Toda 4-2-1 headers
Fujitsubo power getter exhaust
Injen cai
dc2r gearbox
Exedy heavy duty clutch & lightweight fly wheel
Toda cams
Type r throttle body,intake mainfold & injectors
Hasport engine mounts
Hondata s300 tuned

Wheels suspension etc
Tien coilovers
Normal street tyres with about 90% tread

and im planing to remove front passanger seat, rear seat and spare tyre
and thats pretty much it soo please post times youll think i will run

should be aiming for low to mid 13's depending on your launch

I'd expect low 14's as it will be making less power than a B18c7.

For example a eg with a dead stock c7 and running gear , less weight than the ek does high 13's on proper standard street tyres.

when you say normal street tyres.. what kind of street tyres are they?

i would say high 13s or very low 14s depending on launch (if its first time going.. i would say mid to high 14s)

yeh and if i run it i was hoping for a low 14 and alsoo what would a dc2r run ? with the same i/h/e as me, exedy hd clutch, and s300 tuned because im thinking of buying a dc2r and do the same mods on that

with the same mods that you have on your EK to a dc2r.. i'd be expecting mid 13s

with Basic I/H/E mods to a dc2r... high 13s is very doable

Custom CAI intake/hytech replica headers/ Buddyclub Spec 3 exhaust

tyres i use circuit tyres. TOYO R888

and Stripped interior

that is all the mods that is done to the car to get 13.9

When you planning on hitting up WSID?

on a 1.6ltr i doubt you would break into the 13s, needs more work than what you've done. I'd say most likely low 14s.
On the first outting, just be happy to get into the 14s, especially running street tyres

dude ! its a 1.6 not a 1.8 lol. With these mods it wont increase power much at all.
Also a DC2r wont hit high 13's with just I/H/E - weight reduction and sticker tyres too.

yeah... u need to strip.. u dont strip, u will get a low 14 at best.


and man.. are u running toda C.... arent the cams over spec for a b16 std bottom end.

how much power are u pushing and on which dyno.. this would better determine our input...
