are you talking about kits available inside australia? or overseas?

coz at the moment theres a very limited amount of sites with kits for the 7th gen (01-04) civics, i know because i have one also!

http://carmate.com.au has some kits - although 99% of their kits are fiberglass and i would strongly recommend getting a plastic kit as fiberglass breaks alot easier, and when scraped (eg. front bumper) it just crumbles.

http://www.h2automotive.com/ is an overseas site but has some nice kits on it.

apart from all that, you could do a google search, it'll come up with a few places and just call and ask them if they do kits for you civic.

btw is your civic a hatch or sedan?

all the places which seem to get mentioned are either really dodgy or unknown

there does not seem to be a lot for us here in aus :(

other than that, try o/s, japan and esp. US, or ebay?

inside australia if possible, i have black sedan, i wanna change my front bumper, someone hit my car couple of months ago, but didnt see who hit it. basically that guy had a tow bar on his car, he reversed on it, i had a bit of dint & its visible. i really dont want to change it,but the thing is its ugly, any suggestion pls.
