im having a slight problem though... it wont rev! it just coughs an splutters

i really dont want to rebuild the carby im more of a efi guy :P thats why im a Auto electrician an a MoTeC installer :D i have a D16a8 ZC twin cam that i want to put in but dont know how much more effort thats going to be
