Hey guys,
Wondering where should you mount your oil filter relocator. Between your outgoing hose and the cooler? or the return hose and the filter?
Thanks in advance

common sense tells me before the oil cooler as then the oil entering the cooler is filtered and there is less chance of clogging it up
bet then me thinks particals in the oil shouldn't be big enough to block much so meh
Doesn't really matter. Depends on where you're locating the filter - whatever's convenient.
Why? Don't worry about big grit getting stuck because
1) There is a strainer at the oil pickup
2) Oil has to make it way past the Oil Pump first so if its big enough to get caught in the oil cooler, its gonna jam up your oil pump first, in which case, you're f..ked. :-p
3) Oil filter usually filter very very very small particles, not usually visible to the eye. If you have bigger ones floating around your system getting caught in the cooler, I'd suggest you'd have a bigger issue with whats going on in the engine.
Hope that helps
