there are no "normal EP3's" in australia... unless you import them, do you mean perhaps putting EP3 suspension in another model Civic? if so can you be clearer please?

sorry I thought EP3's are normal 2002 or above civics.

yes i believe they will fit, but you will need the ep3 tie rod ends just like if you wanted to fit dc5 coilovers in - you'll need the dc5 tie rod ends.
