with most buckets you will have to modify the brackets to fit. Very little bolt up.
you will need to bolt poles/plates to the existing seat rails and the bucket seat to the poles/plates.

Side mount or Bottom mount?

1) Take some measurement
- Width of the oem rails when mounted
- width of the seat mount holes when mounted
2) If the seat itself is within the dimensions of the oems rails and there are no other bits on the rails in the way, fine
3) however, usually there will be a couple of brackets on the OEM rails that will need to be cut away.
4) When you cut the brackets, DO NOT cut the seatbelt buckle bracket (you can trim it to fit)
5) go to a steel shop, find 2 steel plates that will run across the rail and also match the mounting holes on the seat,
6) For side mount, measure and drill holes and bolt them all together
7) for bottom mount, measure and drill holes and bolt them all together

use only high tensile bolts and stainless steel washers.
Bolt thickness should be the same as the OEM ones.

8) get engineered and away you go

Altenernative

1) Buy appropriate bracket
2) Mount seat and away you go

Cost benefit analysis

use OEM Rails
a. Rails - Spare set of rails (so you can remount your OEM seat) - $50
b. Labour (say 4 hours @ $20hr Add $50 per hour if you have a wife or a kid) - $80
c. Steel plates and bolts $20
d. Sweating, cutting your fingers etc $50

Total $200

Buy rails,
1) $250~$300
2) Mount in 1/2 an hour $10
3) No sweating - minus $50
Final total: $210 - $260

Hmmm
