03 integra type r won't start

hey guys,

i've uploaded a video of my 03 integra trying to start. basically i know the battery is fine, other than that. i don't know.
also i hear a ticking sound where the passenger side is.

Hey I think it's a flat battery dude, this has happened to me twice

I got the weird ticking noise, the lights turn on and everything but there's not enough power to start her up. called racv and problem solved

water in battery, mine ko's on me twice in two weeks and both times i simply filled it up with more water and it stated up first time.. but if the problem keeps occurring a new battery i on my agenda.

Gnerally if its ticking over and won't start.. Battery is dead fully or needs to be jump started.. BTW for your personal knowledge, your car needs 4 volts to start, your lights in your car need only 0.1 of a volt to show up, weird but yeah (RACV is handy lol)
