so its a fact that the jdm type-r is quicker than the aus one but does the jdm type-s motor pull more than its aus equivalent?

The JDM Type S is roughly equivelent to the Australian base/luxury model that is fitted with the less powerful 160hp K20A3 motor. So the Australian Type S motor is much more powerful. I have no idea if there are any major differences between the motors fitted to the JDM Type S Integras and the base models here but I doubt they would bother.

Nope. It is fitted with the lowest spec K20 available which puts out 118kW. Refer to this link: LINK (http://www.honda.co.jp/auto-lineup/integra/2007/grade-data/index.html).
