I seen that there's a rain protector blanket sort of speak for the injen cai..

Is there risk's of not having this?
does anyone here have one on there's?
is it worth the buy?

You must mean the hydroshield. It will help keep water out but not 100%. Your best bet would be to go for a bypass valve as some have mentioned on this forum before if I remember correctly. If driving under normal wet conditions, I wouldn't be worried about water getting sucked into the intake anyway as your filter would need to be completely under water with some throttle applied before any serious damage will occur. It wouldn't be necessary if you don't get a lot of wet weather in your area. If you do want the hydroshield though, a dealer on this forum sells them for around $50 or so. If you got extra money why not get it for peace of mind.

If you decide not to get the hydroshield but still worry, try to avoid going through large puddles and potholes.

i've got one atm on my Injen CAI. got it for free when i ordered my intake. keep in mind its water REPELLANT - not water PROOF. its pretty hard to hydro-lock a car... just dont drive through flood waters :)
