engine check!!!

Hello guys...!!!
I have an ek4 (b16a2) and i run it with a spoon ecu..how i can check if my engine run good (a/f ratio-ignition time etc)...the car dont knocking(pre-ignition) or produses smog.. the only problem is idle.. when its cold it revs at 1600rpm and when i drive me car and then stop it revs at 1200 for 2seconds and after at 900rpm... thanks for your time...;)

that seems normal
engine usually idle higher when cold to warm up engine and cat faster.
over time the engine warms up and then returns to normal idle.

the a/f ratio i can check it with an O2 wideband...how i can check the ignition time???

That's normal for your idle.

You can check your ignition timing with a timing light, I've found that ignition timing doesn't make a lot of difference on Honda engines, but it's good to know it's set correctly.

Mine was at 2 deg BTDC for 1 year and 9 months and should be at 12.It was the source of my surging hesitation problem that nearly drove me nuts :)
