Front lip clips and brackets!

Just recently got a EM1 lip from a member here recently

problem is that im missing the brackets and clips to screw the bolts in

Would anyone know if i can get it from honda or anywhere else?

is it OEM or aftermarket?
Most of the aftermarket ones don't have clips and mounting brackets at all.
Does it have holes on the sides? (the part that goes in the wheel arch)
