obviously cause you will need to change the engine number with RTA

greater than 10% displacement requires blueslipping & engineering.

The Blueslip people will not pass you without engineering

i got blueslip yesterday for my dc2r with k20a, didnt have to get it engineered. went to rta today and all is sweet!
new engine number is on my rego paper now so its legal.
dont know about k24 though. i thought the maximum increase in displacement was no more than 15%.

All engine transplants need a Blue Slip.
Yes you will need an engineer certificate for the new engine (1.8L > 2.4L)

Then RTA should be sweet with you.

Anyone knows a "Mod" friendly place for a Blue Slip? I need one moving from a B16A to a b18C - other than the engine swap, the car should look pretty much stock...
