Eclipse 726EA Double Din issue in an ODC RB3

ok, I do love this double din unit but I need a double din trim kit. It does not fit snugged in the ODC !

See the foam all around ... Can I get a trim kit to fit ? :confused:

Also, I thought all double din units had the same measurements but the installer did say that hondaa cars tend
To give more space.

I've seen some rb1 double din kits with what looks like a trim that would fit the "gap".

That's look alright. or you can ask audio workshop to create a frame from fiberglass to fill the gap. I still have gap on my double din. Who fitted your head unit?

Alberts hifi Morley...They did a good job but I've seen a HITV unit installed in Perth for a Dealer which covers the gap. See picture below.

I did mine at Alberts Joondlup. They initially told me the same thing, but they managed to cut the orginal frame from my Clarion unit to fit the 2 din opening. Pic can be seen from an earlier thread. They cut the top of the frame and glued it to the unit. Seems rough, but I think it was the only cheap way
