Does anybody know how to get rid of oxidation build up on headlights permanantly? It's beginning to od me, that i have to use PlasticX on my headlights like every month.

On the outside?
Just regularly wash your car and use a glass cleaner.
If its bad, theres sanding methods.
Im sure someone has DIY thread somewhere.

I've heard sanding methods aren't that great
Apparently the headlights fog up yellow or some shit :S?
Could be wrong ^^

yerh man. Its freakin ugly to look at. Especially when your close to it at night with the lights on. DAMN

I never had this problem, just keep em clean regularly and away from direct sunlight.

i use mothers plastic cleaner ... works a treat
you can also buy kits from auto1 but they cost about 5 times more

maybe try to put a coat of wax on them after you use Plastx?

sum1 told me to use cut and polish once ... but it didnt work anywer near as good as mothers plastic cleaner/polish

i wet sanded with 400/1500/2500 grit sandpaper. rubbed for around 2mins with each type.
then buffed for around 5mins with meguairs plastx
