Which one is better quality and which country is T1R made from?
I know BC's made in taiwan. Ive used BC N+ on my DC5 so I know they are pretty gd but don't know how T1R is like? I'm considering to get one for my EK.
cheers

Try the BC Racing coilovers.. Bang for buck, comparable to the some pretty well branded coilovers for the price tag they carry.

Check out the reviews for them via google. they got epic reviews ( new revised version, the BR series).

T1R products are made by a company called AJ-Racing, who are based in Canada.

Now I don't where their coilovers are made exactly (Yonas from JDMyard should be able to give you a definite answer), but from what I've been told the T1R coilovers are comparable to Buddyclub Racing Spec coilovers and not the lower base N+ coilovers.

I've been advised that the "firmness" of the T1R coilovers are closer to the 12/8kg spring rates + shocks of the Racing Spec's rather than the 10/6kg's from the N+.
Can't tell you the spring rates of the T1R coilovers because, for some reason, Type One Racing don't seem to want their spring rates to be made known.

BC rs > t1R > BC n+
t1r has a bigger piston than the N+
its firmer and is more suited to racing
i have them on my b18cr eg n i highly recommend them
