Hey guys,

i just bought a new civic (avaliable to pick at at mid-feb) and the dealer said the car is BUILD in DEC 2009, but it is a MY10 model.

Does this mean i am getting a 2010 civic or a 2009 civic?

Has anyone got a 2010 build civic yet?

Thanks for all your help guys!!!

its built in 09 like coming out of the factory maybe past a certain date ie july? if it was before july then it would be my09 model. its 2010 cause car gets registered for the next year because of the month its built. maybe im wrong aha thats what i thought cause my old civic was 01 on the plate but when i looked at my rego it was classed as 02.

wouldnt stress cause the fd's shouldnt of changed much at all?

2010 cars are built the year before, sometimes just a few months before depending on the company.
