DA integra I hope !

what do you do with the car ? daily-driver / track whore / bad-ass street raqcer etc.
and how often do u intend to change the oil ?
what climate do you live in ?
how long is a piece of string ?

its a DA, i live in a hot climate, i change the oil every 7500kms, its a daily driver but i dont mind giving it to it. so yeh i was just woundering like for example 10/30 castrol edge.

5w-30, 10w-30, 0w-40, 5w-40, 10w-40, 15w-40(wouldnt recommend this one but itll still work with it) and 5w-50(for extreme conditions, used mostly for turbos).

Yeah, but when Edge 5w-30 is on discount for $35, that is a better buy than FEO.

is it bad to use a 15w-40 that says'' for newer engines with multiple valves''

ive put it in my car and noticed a decrease in fuel economy

It is too thick for your engine. Stick to 0w-30, 5w-30, 10w-30, 0w-40, 5w-40 or 10w-40.

i would recommend using NEO, it's a bit more pricey than castrol edge, but fuel economy is better, and it drives(revs) a lot smoother
