light bulb size for 2010 fd2 sport

hey there, just piked up my brand new fd2 sport today...wanting to put HIDs in...just wondering what bulb size i should be looking out for .. Been told its aa h4 but i need to confirm this

should be HB4 for low beams. T10 for parkers
