car condition report paper

hey people... been a while since i log on to this website...
i need help from you guys please...
im looking for a paper for vehicle condition report the one with the picture of the car on all 5 sides (front, back, both sides, and top)
i put my car on a holding yard and and when i got it back there are scratches all over the place and theres a HUGE dent on my driver door and said they didnt do it... im going to the H/O tomorow after work and sue that company if they didnt take any responsibility... =='

You mean something like car rental places do? Pop in to an office and ask them for a copy?

Ah well it was worth a shot, also try car detailers? I know when I used to work for one we had a form and we checked everything as the cars came in, did it with the customer and made them sign off on it.

go to your local auction house when theyre selling a batch of rentals, they leave about 100 copies under the boot lining on top of the spare tyre ;-)
