Spark Plugs

May someone give me a hand? I took out the plugs last time and i found out something, The plug in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th cylinder is light brown colour around and also the tip, but the one in 1st, it's white.............!?! So what is happening? Is the car too lean or?

But what causes it happens? I mean lean on #1 only?

Possibly a blocked / dirty fuel injector on #1 cylinder.

Thanks, I've clean all the injectors today, see if will do any better after 1000km or so:)
