Hmm try go to a electrician specialist for cars/bikes/boats, they should be able to assist you.. otherwise search and DIY, its not that hard to install HID's and replace headlights

Very easy if you've bought one of those HID kits with ballast + bulbs on ebay.

Current Headlight setup:
OLD HEADLIGHT PLUG -> OLD HEADLIGHT -> HEADLIGHT HOUSING

New HID Headlight setup:
OLD HEADLIGHT PLUG -> HID BALLAST -> HID BULB -> HEADLIGHT HOUSING

Only trouble you might find is locating a good spot to mount the HID ballast. Use zipties and find a cozy spot for it and tie it down and make sure it stays there. Hope this helps :)

Judging by your details on the side you have an fd1.

My friend.

First. Its a hb4. You probably already know but just to clarify.

You will need to jack the front or just one side at a time and remove the front wheel.
There are a few clips that hold the splash guard in.
You dont need to remove this completely. Just the front part.
Bend the splash guard back a bit so you can get your hand in to the headlight globe.
Remove the connector first. And the globe twists out. Should be anticlockwise.

Fit your Xenon globe FIRST.
Then feed the rest of the HID ballasts thru the top.
Connect all the connections from the bottom.
Once connected TEST IT FIRST.
If it does not work. Look at the connection from the HID ballast to your OEM connector. (OEM connector is the one that was connected to your normal bulb).
There is 2 wires only on both connectors.
On the OEM one. There is a solid black wire and some coloured wire. Look at the HID connector and its probably back to front. Just make sure the black wire section of the HID connector matches the position of the OEM connector. It is a tight fit but itll go in.
This happens to alot of the chinese branded HID kits. The connector can go both ways.

And in the end just find a place to put the HID ballast.

FD civics arent the easiest of the bunch. But it aint that bad.

It's really easy. Try take a look around first, if not we can try guide you step by step. I just did it the other day...
