CD5 Prefacelift (94-95) VS Facelift (96-97)

Apart from the obvious difference in the rear between both models, is there any difference in the front ?


came across this pic of a facelifted model, and the lip connects to the bottom of the bumper

as opposed to this pic of a prefacelifted model, the lip covers the bottom of the bumper

so just wondering if its possible to get the lip to connect on a prefacelifted model like the one in the first pic?

Pre facelift lips fold into the grill area of the front bar.

Facelift just bolts onto the lower section.

You could trim off the upper section of the pre facelift lip to make it fit I guess, as thats the only difference to my knowledge.

I was thinking of just changing the front bar, are the 2 interchangeable ? :S

yep there interchangeable, but pre facelift is more aggressive imo
