Exhaust Problem?

Hey guys, recently bought an S2K and have just had 2 issues with it at the moment.
Firstly whenever I take it for a drive and come back after parking and turning the engine off I can hear a humming sound (pretty much like a phone on vibrate) coming from behind me.
Secondly when I start the engine the exhaust spits out a little bit of black liquid in spots, which I think could be oil but my cousin thinks is carbon from a bad combustion. I'm taking it in to service next week but I was wondering if any previous owners had these problems and if it is normal?

Yeah dark liquid from exhaust is just residue mixed with carbon (moisture in the air from during the night/rain). Normal, not a problem. Clears up after a bit of a drive.

As for the humming...no idea man lol

is it a full stainless steel exhaust?
They sometimes hum from the cooling of the exhaust

oh k good to know the carbon thing is normal and yeah I'm pretty sure it is a stainless steal exhaust which would explain the humming too. Thanks guys
