Double din dvd player for 2009 face lift FD2

Hey guys,

im planning to get a double din dvd player installed in the near future and i kno that a double din dash kit is required, but one thing im concerning about is that the colour of the kit not matching our stock 2009 facelift FD2 dash... are there any sort of colour code i should be looking at? coz my frd bought one and its lighter than the original...

i am tokin bout OEM from japan, coz they have 2 or 3 diff interior colour also, buyin a OEM one from japan only cost around 150AUD, and replica here cost around the same...

Where did you find the OEM from Japan for $150AUD Waternmo? I'm interested in one too... let me know how you're gonna go and I'll payup for one as well..

im just gettin one ordered from japn through top racing in HK, i asked again its around 750 - 800HKD ecluding postage to aus. but im still unsure bout the colour, i never liked CF stuck on panels... somtimes the sizes are not perfect and the gaps ar huge -_-

yeah I agree with you on the colour issue. If it's any other colour that doesn't match, it stuffs up the whole original interior look, especially on a new car this is important.

so they got the three colours only eh? None of them match ours?

BTW - I just found the double din kit from jdmconcept. A little bit dearer at $190 but I think it should be the same colour. Probably worth checking with them.
