cost of replacing front rotors in CD5?

What is cheap for you??

When replacing the rotors, its highly recommeneded you change the brake pads too.

You can get a pair of rotors (slotted) for approx $210 .. Thats from a fellow trader on ozhonda.

As for normal rotors that are just oem replacement , im guessing it wont cost much more than $150 fitted.

Im not quite sure if the CD5 is Rotor over Hub or Hub over Rotor.. If its the latter .. then it may cost a bit more to get fitted.
