how to adjust the bootlid?

Hi we have a 1999 EK Civic and the bootlid sits higher on one side where the hinges are so much that the boot doesn't even touch the rubber there.
this allows water to enter the boot.
is there anyway to adjust the bootlid up and down near the rear windscreen?
i have had a look and can't figure it out.

There are some black rubber adjusters on both sides of the inside of the boot lid. Just turn them to adjust the height.
