I need a new top radiator hose and was wondering if I should just get one from say Repco or where ever or pay $$$ and get one from Honda AU ?

I'm just starting to note a bit of leaking near the top tank from the end of the radiator hose which is spliting (I don't want to chop a bit of the end off and then re clamp it).

I have a missmatched radiator/hose and its nothing major, but its a problem i have too.

I went to a radiator place and they told me to get a camry hose -_- wernt very helpful

Why not cut and re-clamp?

Why not cut and re-clamp?
Cause the ends are fraying (sp??) and if I chop it, I might have the same problem again.

I think its the original hose so i'd rather be safe than sorry in this heat!

True that..

Wat is the difference between the repco one and the OEM honda one?
Price? Anything else?

Have you tried burson, from my personal experience, burson stock more parts than repco and are about 30/40% cheaper in most cases...

Not sure if you guys have burson up there, but here in S.E Melb there is a burson or 2 in every suburb :P

I couldn't get a top one for my EF9 when mine frayed out in country Vic... so I used a '84 'rolla one cut down - worked fine... still is for that matter :)
