The battery just died the other day on my jazz (03 vtis model) so had to have that replaced. I remember there was a recalibration or reset that needed to be done but i cant find the steps on google, does anyone know?
Also, how do i fix the power windows after battery change? Windows work but drivers side auto mode does not. Also the charger socket has no power atm, cant charge my phone! ><
Thanks

check the manual. it says something about holding down the auto-window button for a few seconds. pretty sure it'll say how to fix most of your problems

Just drive your car normally. This will reset the CVT, no problems.

Thanks guys everything is fine now except for the socket.
Turns out that on the day the bettery died, the tip of my phone charger broke/unscrewed itself and is now stuck at the bottom of the socket.
There's not enough space for pliers etc so what's the best way of getting it out?

sounds like the best way is to remove centre console. makes it more manageable
theres two screws towards the back that needs to be undone. from there the whole centre console lifts out.
remove the plastic clip that lies underneath the handbrake
just fiddle around with the handbrake and gearstick position and it will slide out
dont forget to remove the cigarette power plug from underneath console

ok, did you mean just remove the cover of the handbreak section by itself or the actual centre console (aircon, cd player etc unit) as well as the cover of the handbrake and gear lever?

use a magnet. (assuming its metal piece thats stuck)
or a screw driver to fish it out.
