ek civic BC Coilover measurements (not buddy club)

hey i need to put some BC Coilovers (not buddy club) on my ek civic but before i go ahead im looking for the following...

front spring total length:
front spring bound length:
front shock travel:
front bump stop length:

rear spring total length:
rear spring bound length:
rear shock travel:
rear bump stop length:

any help would be greatly appretiated.. thanks jesse :)

i just put a set on 3 days ago

The front/rear spring length = 180

Not sure why your after all these figures..

but i can tell you now, that these coilovers are good for up to 4" drops...

Not sure what your trying to calculate with those measurements.. but yeh.. these coilovers are bang for buck,

i got defected and im tryin to figure out if these coilovers have 2/3 of the standand suspention travel. if they do they can be approved by an engineer as being legal. ive had advice that buddy club coilovers cant so my next option was BC coilovers. the information i requested is what i need to figure out the suspension travel of this coilover.
