Are the ones on ebay any good?

bosch/denso/Ngk etc.

heard oem ones cost an arm and a leg.

or if someone can point me in the direction towards one thats good, reliable and not to expensive.

don't get it off ebay, your best to get a second hand one man, hondatec in thomastown is a good place, tell them you know trent dimov and they will treat you very very well.
