Hey boys did a search but didnt really find the answer i was lookin for.. so im after some help on where to get a turbo kit for my eg civic? If the vtech conversion ends up costing to much i think ill just go the easier option and do a turbo setup as the car is just my runnaround. My budget is around $1500 depends on how good etc. Where exactly do i get these kits from and how much ruffly? the car cops a fair thrashing at the moment so it wont be getting babied so im also wondering if the motor will hold up and if it goes BANG will the turbo setup bolt up to a b16a? Im in two mind on weather i should just put in the vtech motor or turbo it to save some money and just wait and see? and where exactly in eastern suburbs melbourne would install all this and do the work? JUST need some advice please guys! cheers!

my turbo D goes alright good if your on a budget then you can always sell the kit when you buy a Vtec motor anyway :)

Good choice with the B16A first. Save up and get a decent turbo kit later. Theres a trader on here that sells Peakboost kits. Definatly look in to them.

Yep, but theres heaps of other good ones around too. Peak boost, Full Race, AFI, Spoolin performance, Love Fab. Or peice together something yourself if your confident.

better of saving abit more.. your 1500 isnt going to get you far, unless your doing alot of the work yourself.

nah bro get it goin on the d series when u do the b series upgrade and u put the turbo straight on it all you will need is a new manifold because the flange is diff. its not a big issue and ull prob find the old dump pipe etc. will all still fit provided the new manifold you get is similar to the old d series on

Buy a kit from the states since our dollar is strong. If you're interested on a GT35 AFI topmount kit let me know.
