Check out what the Brits can buy

Notice the "fastest laps" list for the Bedford Autodrome. The Mugen FN2 sits on top.

not to take anything away, i think that lap was done by a development car (as opposed to a production car).

however i'm more interested in the gap between FD2R and FN2R, 0.8s and 3.9s (!!!!!!) i am amazed at how much gain a LSD alone is worth (3.1s).

the Mugen FN2R and R26R were using A048 and R888 respectively
the rest of the cars were on street tires, AFAIK
it was pretty much a full spec M20 with all the options ticked

prices of honda's these days are getting out of hand lol

im sure boosted fd2r would rip the mugen rr and m200 for a fraction of the price

anything is possible with aftermarket parts or even third party tuners like mugen .. just depends how much money and R&D goes into it.

the FL mugen RR FD2R is not on the list either which would probably be a better comparison with the mugen 20 FN2R

Prices will be released for the British market soon.
But I think we already know the cars will be quite expensive.
If the Mugen specials were to be made available for the OZ market,I don't know how the 19 " wheels would cope with our rubbish roads.
Unfortunately none of the suspension components of the Mugen FN2
will be in the Mugen Special Limited Edition.
