Hey people,
Specs on the internet and manual states that all variants of the Civic FD come with tilt AND telescopic steering wheel adjustment. It seems that I can't find the telescopic adjustment for my VTIL, am I missing something here?

hey ej20, I swear to you I unlocked the locking mechanism on the bottom of the steering wheel and the steering wheel can only move up and down and not towards or away from the dash. I assume that if there was "telescopic" adjustment it can do this...

there is only one lock/unlock lever at the bottom of the steering wheel for both tilt and telescopic...

Agreed with everyone else, a telescopic steering wheel was the very first thing I check when i went car shopping,
Simply pull lever down, and with a little force pull the wheel up......not less it already fully extended :)
Cheers, S....

^^ as above..
pull the lever down (underneath the steering wheel) which allows you to tilt the steering wheel, then you can pull the steering wheel towards/away from you :)

yeh u can go up down in out.
Sometimes it gets slightly 'stuck'. Be a man and pull it harder... or push it harder..
