Car warranty

buying a cheap is200 as a run around for my mrs till i get my license back. the cars pretty cheap so theres some problems. The most concerning thing is when checking the rediator pipes its dry and when you squeeze it theres like cracking build up. does that mean the radiator could be busted. also theres like 3year warranty on engine and electronics covered by another company and he goes if anything goes wrong i can take it to any mech and theyd fix it and claim it back with on warranty. Does the car being on revs affect it being warrantied and does a warranty mean i dont really have to worry bout any engine problems

was it from a dealer? because ull have to contact the dealer to find out the company that warrents the car. Then ask them how the charging works. As for the radiator being the way it is not sure wat that could be. Sounds like it has had no coolent in for a while
