Does any one know if "Earthquake VTEK 6.5" 500W 2Way Mid - VTEK-62" will fit in the front doors of a ep3r.I heard them at strathfeild today they sound sick "for 6.5" speakers".If they dont fit il just put them in the back seat and find others for the front doors.Cheers

those speakers dont look too big but if your current spacers dont allow fitment/depth then just get mdf spacers made, done

OHH sorry.. i thought the speaker in your picture .. was the one uwana put in lol.

U know what u do, put your window down all the way see how low it goes.. if it doesnt go behind the speaker (where your speaker magnet will be) it'll fit 100%.

if it does.. uh.. start taking depth measurements. the speakers u got on the box it should say the depth in mm. on the back of the box.

The door is deep, very deep, the window does not roll down past the speakers. If the coil is big, like my speakers you might have to cut abit of the door metal, and cut abit from the inside of the door trim.

then ull fit it any day..
6.5" is the width.. that iwll fit a 6" slot with no worries.

its the depth that worrys.. ppl when it comes to doors long asu r window doesnt hit the back of it ur fine man. go 4it.

Just to let u know.. if u do have the optino of putting it in the back, id go for split/component speakers for the fronts bro usualy sounds better when u gota nice tweeter up front with ya.. jsut a recommendation.

They not MTX.

The brand is Earthquake.

Speakers ate VTEK62 (VMC6)

They are MASSIVE in size. Hence why they produce heaps of bass.

may I ask which shop you saw these at?

You can fit them in but you'll need new custom spaces made.
