go to preludepower.com
Its an american based site but it has a lot of information on things like transmission changes.

And preludeaustralia.com is pretty good for all other things 5th gen related.

Changing the semi-automatic gearbox to a manual is definitely possibility but a very expensive exercise. You will have to find a manual gearbox, check the clutch replace if need be, shifter and cables, pedals and ECU. Will set you back about $2-3,000.00! A hefty price but in the long run a better alternative as the semi-automatic gearboxes tend to fail from around 150,000 k's onwards...which means your up for the same money getting your auto gearbox reconditioned.
