Having bought an 03 Accord STD this week, I've spent hours reading through the many Auxiliary input threads on this forum and others. I'm still not completely convinced that I can't install something without having to buy one of the converters, but that's besides the point.
All of the suppliers of this converter (being US) refer to the Acura TSX rather than Accord Euro. They also all state that only 2004-2009 Acura TSX are supported, from what I can tell it seems like a double/single DIN issue.
But the service manual I have for the Acura and most other things I've seen seem to bundle 03-09 as the same model.
Can anyone enlighten me on this? I'd rather not have to take apart the dash to see whether I can use one of these devices, then take it apart again to install.
Apologies if this has already been covered, I really have made an effort to read through every thread I've found on the subject and haven't found anything referring to the difference between the 03 and the 04 models.
