Hey guys,
simple question, i want to remove the accord and exi badge off the back of my 95 cord, i have been told that i can use fishing wire to peel it off the backing, however ive only seen this done once on a holden, im wanting to know if i can use the fishing line as well or is the badge stuck in to the panel itself with some kind of attachment?
if its simple to remove with the line, whats the best way to get the glue stuff off from behind the badge?
thanks

fishing wire will do, so will a screw driver, packing tape or a rag, use your finger nail to remove the double sided tape residue, but carefull you dont scratch your car, the badge is noly held on with double sided tape.

Bring your car over to my joint i'l badge ur ca with not a scratch in two seconds ;) The safests way is to use a blow dryer. SLightly time consuming but u blow dry it and get the glue to start to get more soft and simply peel it off. Just get ur hands and yank the thing i say.

its pretty easy to take off. Just use a rag and pull it off. It'll only take 2 seconds

Honestly quickest way is to yank it off. Its only double sided tape so it wont reck ur paint either.

hair dryer or heat gun both work like treat, just that with a heat gun, it takes less time, but gotta be careful not to blow the hot air too close to the car, but i used a heat gun and got a cloth and peeled it off.

im pretty sure it'll ruin the paint of your car, i dunno how u did it w/ your car, but ive done this bfore w my friend's car, and the paint faded, so imo its not really the best thing to use petrol
