Hey guys, gf is trying to get a new car. trying to trade her EK for a jazz
but dont know which one to go for. the 1.3 or the 1.5?or even GD?
what are the different variance and engine wise as well?
and how are mods for the different models?
i drive an FD so i know that there are more mods in australia for FD1 rather than FD2

Always go for 1.5 is you can, more powerful and better resale value later, also if your budget is low, go for GD, otherwise get GE. About the mod, older model have more choice than newer one, cheers

ok, my mods that i was worried about is more like CAI or SRI...is the 1.5l has a wider option or the 1.3?
and do they have those parts of GE already?

ya, they all come out but not many choice as old one, and 1.5's mod should be wider than 1.3

we've made our purchase,
we opted the 1.3 GLI vibe in auto in taffeta white.
because of the budget and also the mrs will be driving it.
getting it this tuesday
comes with the foglights, modulo grill and bluetooth and some weird as 15" modulo rims

its 17x7 with +38 offset with 205/45 tyres

offset is not right as my experience, I tried +42 still have some problem, after fit the camber bolt, the problem solve a bit~ so my opinion is over offset +48 should be safe, but main problem cause by front side, rear side is ok.

front 205 45 17 et45(or48) rear 205 45 17 et 42 is the best choice~~
im using 18x7.5 et42, bit wide~~
