what sorter oil / sparkies should i buy to do service on

Hi,

I'm planning on servicing my car tomorrow, and i just wanna know what's good for a decent service brands etc.

It's a 1.6L Civic Vti-r Manual @ 150,000kms


Would like to know what sorta oil do i use ? 5Litre --> 5W20??

Also what sorta spark plugs should i buy ? 4 x Iridium's ???

been covered many times but i would use Honda FEO 10w30 for the oil and NGK plugs
