SAFC II Screen Not Working? or installed wrong?

can anyone help me out on how to install an SAFCII Black onto an OBD1 (EG D15b7)

i have been searching around but i cant really find anything ... also is there an adapter plug i can get so that i dont have to cut/splice my ECU cables?

hrm bit pricey ... is there a semi easy DYI way to install it?

ok so i have figured out how to install the SAFCII

am i able to leave some wires off for fuel and air ... so that it only monitors until i can get it tuned?

right so i have it partially installed (both ground wires in correct positions and power wire)

i was going to power it up and reset it before i connected any other wires to the ECU harness ... so after i put everything back together i turn the ignition on but only the light somes on the SAFC2 not the screen ... do i need to install the other wires for it to work?

ok now its installed fully and it still wont work =/
