got a d16a8 dizzy, and i was wondernig if itll fit into a d16y1

looks like it won't, since the d16a8 is a twincam non VTEC and ur d16y1 is a single cam VTEC.
Even if it is, I'm afraid the igniter and coil are different to each other.
