Hid for civics egs

question anyone running HID 8000k and having any troubles from the cops? which would be more recommended 6000k or 8000k? thank in advance

6000 becomes very white after its been warmed up and 8000k has a blue tinge logically the blue'r the lights are on your car the more attention you attract cos 80% of cars if not all of them are either yellow or white from factory IMO.

Iv got 4000K HID's in my EG with standard headlights and have not had ANY COP TROUBLE......8000K is a but overboard

4300K for best brightness and no hassle from cops.

Although you might get in a bit of trouble with glare from other drivers.

i ran 8000k in my eg no problems, running the same kit in the ek (changed the eg to h3) and still no problems

Since you changed it to H3, you're obviously using projectors, right Boban ?

Anything above 6000K is only for looks preety much, the higher you go, the crapper the visiblity.

You won't get glare if you adjust your headlights down......

i got 6000k on mine and they sweet ass.. on clear black house headlight aswell worked gud on stock stanley ones aswell
