Anyone installed DVD headrest on Honda Odyssey? I recently bought 2 pairs and managed to install the from seat but don't know how to install on the 2nd row seat. I could not get the cable through the headrest pin hole as I am not able to remove the leather upholstery?:)

BTW, the pair of the DVD headrest I bought have some problem. The DVD player has speaker built in and the monitor looked exactly the same but no sound. The thing that puzzle is the video output from DVD has three color RCA to the monitor? Any thoughts. :)

The model is Hollywood HW788 :

I can't see the picture on the link you provided. You mean your headrest has no sound when you play DVD? That RCA you can link the sound and video to the main source if you want. I didn't link mine to the main source. I also have wireless headphones for those monitors.

My pair of DVD headrest only one of them can play the DVD and the other just monitor/screen only. But the RCA cables from the DVD player unit has 3 RCA cables (Red white and yellow) as "vidoe out" so I assume it need to connect to the RCA cables of other screen so both can watch the same movie. There is sound from the DVD player unit not the other one but still can watch the movie. Thx:)

On ebay they call it master and slave units.

Oh that model. Probably it's better if you can connect the sound to the aux input.

I don't have to connect via Aux as the unit comes with FM transmitter FM87.7. I just want the sound directly from both headrest units currently only one does.

Where can I buy the wireless IR headphone for the headrest from internet and reliable and cheap? only for my kid and wife. It can take 2 channel IR headphones

I think aux input still much better then FM transmitter.

Only the headrests on the 2nd row haven't been connected. I don't want to ruin the seat.

With the head rest screen on the second row, can you still fold the 2nd row completely? If I remember correctly, the 2nd row head rest is folded down when collapsing the whole 2nd row.

Well it all depends on how big is your headrest. I still don't know how to fold down 2nd row seat completely until now hehe

A headrest DVD player can help alleviate the boredom by allowing your passengers to watch movies until you reach your destination. This will take some cutting up of your headrests but can still be easier to install a headrest player by comparison.

Honda Odyssey DVD? U got headrest DVD player installed. Hmm. Your kids would love it...
I did not have an Odyssey. just hit in google to get honda dvd (http://www.espow.com/wholesale-car-electronics-car-dvd-special-car-dvd.html) player information, saw there are many appropriative
DVD, but I indeed think headrest DVD can bring more entertainment for kids. and those special DVDs are more convenient for drivers to connect with rear camera, to use GPS and dual zone function and so on.
