Im just wondering if the gli, vti clusters are straight fit for CXI clusters. (no need to wire anything etc)
Sisters bought a manual CXI and wants a rev meter in there. Anyone got any for sale?

Also, shes not fussed just yet but does anyone know what sort of price it costs to convert the windows to power windows??

thanks in advance

I also have one forsale

not worth it to convert them to power, wind up is far superior in it's design and will not break, bit of a blessing you have atm

I guess if you put it that way youve got a good point.
So how much you want for the cluster and how many kms?

If you buy a second hand cluster. There is a guide on the DIY section of this site that shows you how to take your speedo from your existing cluster and put it in the cluster with the tacho (keeping your existing Odometer reading).

For power windows, you would need to find a wrecker selling the door cars with the power windows/wiring loom and then install it yourself. But tbh, it isnt really isn't worth it.

As above have said it's kinda better to have the manual windows

this is what can happen with the power setup :(

for everyones info we ended up getting the cxi.
I must say its a pretty good condition car. Better than my vti eg
Gearbox literally feels brand new, clutch is awesome, power steering is easy

Definately a well looked after car. But it is slow lol

+1 for manually-operated windows.

Power windows = something else to break (and it doesn't work without the key!). Not worth the conversion :)

Yeh i guess its only two windows she has to open.

Bad news. She copped the hailstorm and there is hail damage all over the bonnet and roof.

Oh and because ive got 4 smashed house windows, IM missing out on future to fix it.
