Lost Key

Hey guys, i unfortunately lost my Black (Master Key) for my 98 Honda Prelude. I called my local honda up and they said i will need to pay $600 for a whole new immobilizer system + keys. Is there any other options?

I bought a blank black key and got that cut to my Red (Learning) key but apparently i needed the Black Master key to get it programed.

locksmith is comming to do 1 for me as we speak $340 civic but some locksmiths cant do it cause u need program
