hazard lights flashing oddly when car is switched off

Hi huys I have a 97 lude V-tir and for some reason when I turn the central locking on and go home I can see the lights flashing for no reason outside? It also seems that there is no coolant goping from the little tank near te radiator to the actual radiotar any ideaS?

Not sure about your lights flashing, kinda sounds like your alarm isn't set properly, something is triggering it.

As for the little tank next to the ratiator, that is for overflow. When it gets too hot it overflows from the radiator into there, not the other way round.

my prelude had the same thing happen. im pretty sure it has something to do with the immobilizer/alarm cause it only happened to me when i didnt lock it properly.
